Charlotte Light Rail

We left home at 9:30 AM on Monday morning, attended the basketball game of a grandson in Charlotte, NC, traveled to the mountains to spend Monday night, have lunch, and exchange gifts with our son and his family (see post for Tuesday Dec. 23rd), then travelled toward home on Tuesday to stop by my step-daughter's house to have dinner and exchange gifts with her and her family.  Left there about 9 pm and got home just after midnight on Tuesday night (early Wed AM). I say all this partially to explain my delay in posting and in commenting on your photos.  Glad to be home where we have had rain, rain, and more rain.  By the way, the round trip is about 10 hours, but rain and holiday traffic made it a little longer.
