Year 2, Day 338 - Preparation Gone Flat

Christmas Eve!  It doesn't feel like Christmas...

Dale and I had a lazy morning then I did the Christmas cooking.  Slight disaster...  I forgot to chill the filling for the nut wellington so when I pulled it out of the oven, it was flat as a pancake!  I'm sure it will taste the same though!!!
