A Remarkable Duck - apparently!

Pot luck Christmas Dinner this year - as in "we'll go the supermarket just before they close on Christmas Eve to see if we can bag a bargain, and whatever we get, that's Christmas dinner!" 

So we ended up with rather a nice duck crown for half price. Add some plum sauce, roast & mash (possibly with some sweet potato), broccoli & cauliflower cheese, perhaps a few marmalade carrots, and that'll do nicely!!
