Christmas Eve

My Dad and his lovely wife Aselle came over at 4pm and we went to our local church with Gulliver where we sang some carols, the Bishop of Kensington was there and gave a lovely talk on Christmas, it was a very warm family affair, the church was built in 1913 and has been closed since 2000, it's an amazing building and it's great to have it up and running again, they were very friendly, a bit too friendly asking me which number my house is but that's their job isn't it!  Still I love to sing carols at Christmas.

Back home there was chicken curry made by Max, sherry and wine, crackers, Christmas music, card games, story telling and the Christmas episode of Gavin and Stacy, stockings were put out for Santa along with a mince pie and sherry and a carrot!
