Smile for Santa

Elise and Amber got their video messages from Santa today.  He's running a bit late, busy time of year and all.
This is Elise watching her video. I just love seeing her face light up whilst watching Santa tell her he knows what she's put on her list and is hoping to receive.  There was whooping and clapping when the Elves put her file through the machine and we found out she was on the Nice List :-)
Hurrah for the Portable North Pole!
I should definitely be on the nice list too as I remembered to buy extra Mince Pies for Santa, not to mention that bottle of beer we left him (taking no chances).

I'm all aglow from the rather fabulous mulled port/wine/various liquors concoction I made for Mulled Jelly for the Panettone Trifle I'm making.  Fortunately, there was extra left over - the perfect Christmas Eve tipple.
