A Good Day

A run with my training buddies to start with and then home to where J and our friends L&L were running a joint garage sale in our driveway. Lots of stuff gone to new homes (hooray!) and a way smaller pile to take to Goodwill.

At the super-low tide, we took L&L under the cliffs - J with his little nerdy fossil hammer - to look at what was exposed by the recent storms.

There was a definite point where L and I (the females) looked at our men standing by the freshly-fallen rocks, poking at them, and wondered why the Darwinian principle hadn't got them yet.
