getting out

today has been nearly as busy as yesterday up early to the doctors as i my right foot has been hurting a few days the doctor said i have an inflamed metatarsal so she said just take pain killers and it should be ok.

Mr Polly had an half an hour in his ball we have a couple of stairs in the flat and he went down them. This him trying to escape from his ball.
