New projects

Beautiful day today but only time for a very short walk to enjoy the sun.

A few new (to me) items here which I found in my stocking. Spent the afternoon trying to get the flash gear to work but without success. Problems seems to be my hotshoe doesn't work, maybe it's never worked. Camera is out of guarantee in 5 days. Don't think they will do anything about it as the old gear will invalidate my warranty.

Never mind, tried it on my old camera where it works fine so hoping to have some fun with it in the future. I need some portrait tips now.
