Window Sill

Indoor blip today. Just after I did yesterday's blip I started feeling decidedly unwell, couldn't stop shivering, had a very sore throat and felt like death. Cancelled the meal and headed for bed with a hotwater bottle. This morning, after an awful night, went to the doctor who diagnosed tonsillitis! Ten days of antibiotics, lots of liquids, keep warm and rest, were his instructions, so I shall do my best!

Woke up mid afternoon with the sun shining in my window through the leaves of my tree! Such a novelty to have a tree! They are few and far between up here in Orkney.

Kind friend came round with soup tonight - and did my dishes! What more can a girl wish for?!
