Lazy Boxing Day

I woke up just after six this morning and went out to check out the sunrise. It was pretty, but hard to photograph from where I was standing.

On my way back in, I spotted our 'Christmas Tree', bathing in a beautiful glow. 

Then I went back to bed for a few hours!

Mr Barking and I went to buy a kettle and toaster for our new kitchen, taking advantage of the Boxing Day sales. Then we enjoyed a quick lunch before picking Little Miss up from her mum's.

We came home and did some serious packing, ready for our move.

We've watched Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs II and are now ready for some dessert before bedtime.
