What does it mean?

Had great fun with this, saw this old military building and couldn't decide what to do with it but knew I had to do something as that red cross was just too much fun.

So I cut it out and layered more and more contrast onto the image, I then tried to create a slightly filmy and disorientating look and make the whole thing a little ominous, not a great photo but good fun which is half of it!
