Old gate

This old gate to the shore used to lead down the embankment to the beach. It still does, except the embankment is no longer there! The coastal erosion that I blipped earlier has removed al most all of the shingle of the coastal "cliff" so that the gate leads to a short , steep, drop to the beach! The moral is, "you can's stop the sea".
