Early morning gym

I have decided that the gym is more fun for me just after 7am when I have the gym all to myself. I am wary of the fact that it will be a battle to fight off the calorie-ladened Christmas meals and treats this month. So rather than making it a new year's resolution I am getting on top of it now.
