Sun on the sea

Down to Lindisfarne for a walk on the dunes with Louie, and a walk around the main part of the island without him (too far for him these days).

Mostly overcast today, but the sun tried to break through midway through the afternoon. The Blip is looking towards the shore from the south of the island.

Home the long way round via Belford and Wooler, stopping on the way for another stroll on Wooler Common with Louie.

Looking forward to bubble and squeak followed by cherry sponge pudding with custard and cream...
