Little Beauties

The lovely Benchnotes gave me these for Christmas. They are from the fabulous Cocoa Mountain, way up north in Durness. They're made with fresh ingredients, so need to be eaten fairly quickly. But I'm happy to take on that arduous task there's no need to worry about them going off.. And yes, there are two layers.
