The Annual Boxing Day Trial

For the fourth consecutive year (and third 26th December blip) I (Chris) was up this morning for the Aylesbury Boxing Day 5km run. This year was a 9.45am start and despite the nearly zero degrees temperature there was a great turnout. With my limited time for training this year, this was not the quickest I've run but it was great to take part and see many runners from our club. It was also good to burn off a few of the calories from yesterday.

We've been with family the rest of the day, a lovely lunch and dinner at my parents. Thank goodness some sense of catering normality returns tomorrow!
