Located outside London's Euston Station. The area around it looked messy and not well maintained.

The Sculptor was assisted by Ray Watson, and it was cast by Robert Taylor and Co (Ironfounders) Ltd - it had been commissioned by a number of businesses in addition to the British Railways Board.

It was presented to the Nation in 1981.
