Gardens

We had fun yesterday morning wodnering around one of the local Christchurch Community gardens.

Nephew No 1 is heavily involved with his own garden at home, section leader at his primary school for gardening and volunteer at the local community garden. 

We would have spent a good hour wondering around the one at Spreydon amongest the plants. Left a donation, for the fresh strawberries, red currents aned peas we ate straight from the bushes / canes.

We then went to the school garden, they have set up a picnic as one of the features in the garden.

Long day and bed was good.
