With the Remarkables (a range of mountains that towers over Queenstown) behind, this field of daisies is high on a bank above the Arrow River, at the back of my daughter's property. What a view!

I am so grateful to Blipfoto. In about 2 months it'll be 2 years since I started with Blip. I have learnt so much about photography, about my camera and above all, about what I'm seeing. I see so much more now than I used to and I am touched more by what I see. When my daughter was very little she said to me once "Mummy, those mountains are so beautiful I could reach out and hug them". I know exactly what she meant.
