Christmas Light

Christmas Day started bright and sunny. And, although it was cold outside, it was a pleasant start to the day to see green fields and blue skies.

The sunlight streamed into the church for our service on Christmas morning and my eye was caught by the way it caught one of our stained glass windows and illuminated the scenes. The lower half of this window shows a nativity scene and the upper half depicts Jesus' baptism.

Wasn't difficult to decide on my picture of the day.

After church, and a brief visit back home to pick up some things, I travelled through to friends in Edinburgh for Christmas Day food and fun. All-in-all a very pleasant day indeed.
