Jane's Christmas Cake

Deliciously moist gluten free Christmas Cake.  Enjoyed along with a selection of cheeses, and Mince Pies made South African style.

Boxing Day comings and goings, then we headed back home from -5C in Aberdeen to +3C in Glasgow.  Icy and foggy roads, thankfully not too busy.
