Seven Sins

Up early for the Seven Sins race in the Forest of Dean.

7 miles, 7 tough hills, 2 water filled tunnels.

It was great fun, well organised, very friendly and very, very muddy.

I got round and felt good for it.

Mark, my brother in law, did really well and was there, cup of coffee already in hand for me, at the finish.

An antidote to the excess that Christmas can bring.

A good run, a good chat, a guilt free bacon sandwich.

We'll be doing it again next year.
