Wren

The Christmas guest left for home this afternoon. Tidying up has been done, the bedding washed, and White Christmas watched. I should have a bit more time for photos and Blip for the next few days. Now to prepare for New Year.

This wren is a fairly frequent visitor to the garden but usually doesn't stay long enough to pose for a picture. This morning I happened to have the camera ready as I'd already taken a couple of shots. I'm sure he found plenty to eat down among the leaf mould.
