Rewell Woods near Arundel

Today we took Mother back home to Worthing and managed to fit in some orienteering on the way. My Christmas present to Mother can be seen in the back of the car- an exercise bike. Regular viewers will know my mother cannot  walk very well at all. She is becoming very unfit.  I bought her the bike so she can cycle while she watches the telly. Hopefully next time I see her, she will be a bit fitter.
