Pied Wagtail

Weather overcast and very cold, lots of rain and wind last night.  Went into Mum to take a new lamp as the old one is playing up!  Caught bus into Southend to pick up a picture I'd had framed, had quick look round shops and met some friends so stopped for a coffee.  Came home and went for a walk as the weather had brightened a little.  Took quite a few shots and was pleased when this wagtail landed and stayed long enough to get a blip. Called in at a friends on the way home for a cuppa.  Got home and made some soup, it was yummy and warming. 
Hope you all have a good weekend, it seems one long holiday! Have to think what day of the week it is!
