Velvet scoter

These two sea ducks arrived in my local patch at Ringstead Bay at the beginning of November and have been there  - in exactly the same spot - for several weeks. They're not exactly rare, but are decidedly scarce and it's puzzling that the bay should suddenly prove so appealing to these.
