High Noon in Oxford

This is the third day we have had sunshine in the last 5 weeks (can you say Vit. D deprived? We are. It was then the I noticed the sun never shines high but at an angle.... the tilt of the earth I guess.
This was taken outside the public library.
Anyway, this shadow was taken at just before noon. Just strange seeing the light that way. Otherwise I do not notice it when the skies are grey.
