At Scarborough: Boxing day plank….x

  I am proud of my pilates converts, in fact my physiotherapist would be proud too. Boxing day and before 10am we are in full plank. Its not just my more body conscious relatives that are enrolled. The smallest rolled up their sleeves out planked the older ones. 

Christmas dinner well and truly burned off… I hope….x
