Bradford, Ontario, Canada
We swung through Bradford on the way home from doing some errands. There is a little Dutch delicatessen there and we stopped in for some kaas (that's Dutch for cheese). Bradford is a small town north us and of Toronto. It is home to what they claim is the World's Greatest Carrot Festival. They do grow a lot of carrots in the area which is immediately north of the Holland Marsh agricultural area.
In this view looking east, you can see the Bradford West Gwillimbury town hall carillon as it rang it's 4pm chimes. As you can see, there is no snow at all. Zero. Nothing. It was a green (more like brown) Christmas and it was +10 C today. Madness!
