Parklife

Brought Betsy and Al to the park after school today for a picnic. Not exactly hot but warm and sunny enough if you're running about and the sun isn't too long behind a cloud.

I bought a bag full of toys and games but after tea they were off in their own playing some mysterious game that involved lots of charging about, shrieking and wrestling. I was left twiddling my thumbs wishing I'd bought a book. Took some lovely photos of them then realised Chris has the laptop so I have to blip from my phone.

Chris called while we were in the park. He's had about four meetings, only another forty or so to go.

Went shopping in Kingston with Sue today. Only bought a few boring practical bits but had such a laugh, she such great company.

Got a horrible meeting myself tomorrow, dreading it. Oh well. What can you do?

Al made a sandwich at school today. That is indeed an excellent thing to do at school is it not?
