Castell Dinas Bran

A quick walk up to Castell Dinas Bran album to blow away some Christmas cobwebs actually turned into one of the most remarkable days of my life. The valley was shrouded with fog and even our garden - we are at about 600-feet above sea-level - was misty; I expected a gloomy walk in the cold and snow: bracing, but unremarkable. So I didn't bother taking a camera...

What I found at the summit was one of the most spectacular sights I've ever seen. The light only lasted for ten minutes or so, and I only had my iPhone 6 with me, but what a view!
