St Michaels Church, Begbroke

Not much time to blip -training this morning and down to a meeting in Abingdon straight away and then a chat with the care home manager where Mum is going. Took this quickly on my way back home before heading off to photography class. Liked the view across the graves to the countryside beyond.

Today has been a real change in mindset. I have been feeling quite low and depressed -not so much with the problems with Mum etc but more with work. The course was a quick canter through emotional intelligence and it just really made me think how a change of mindset could practically make many of the work issues disappear. I tried it out this afternoon and felt my old confidence returning -great!

This weeks assignment is patterns and textures and light -so new theme guys!
