Blue skies, blue fingers & toes

Second favourite Christmas present (after the PS4) - a remote controlled helicopter. Great fun and it got them both outside for the second time today.

The first time was this morning when I dragged them out to breathe in the lung-freezing fresh air. As always, they protested but enjoyed themselves when they were out, cracking icy puddles, finding their way over icy streams and generally...moaning about how cold it was and how they couldn't wait to get home and drink hot chocolate. They had a point.
