Fantasy land

Christmas day in Hertfordshire. On the way to pick up guests I stopped off for a quick blip thinking there may not be another opportunity today.

This is a pretty little spot on the outskirts of Harpenden. Whilst I was there another car pulled up and the chap started telling be about all the birds and wildlife that had been seen from this spot. Apparently it's quite famous in the "twitcher" world.

The rest of Christmas day was a lovely traditional affair, turkey, trimmings, TV. Too much to eat, lots of chit chat, chocolates and gifts.
