Poppies!

Simply amazing!!..... decided last minute last night to book train tickets to head down for the day, found ourselves at Oxenholme station at 8am this morning and off we went! So glad we did! The poppies were absolutely beautiful... A once in a lifetime chance to see them at the Tower! Took Grandma in to the Tower to see the Crown Jewels, something I've been wanting to do since I saw them in January... Then spent the afternoon sightseeing and whizzing around on the tube, I absolutely love it, the rush and the buzz of the city! Then visited Covent Garden for coffee before heading back to Euston.. here we bumped in to Mary Berry filming... finished the day off perfectly! :)
