Pies!

The family has spent a large portion of the day making pies. ELEVEN of them. Blueberry, blackberry, strawberry, apple, pecan, and pumpkin, some in multiples, some in regular and gluten-free versions, took up all the horizontal surfaces in the kitchen. Here LM is learning how to trim the crust.

Edit: the heating element burnt out in Nona's electric oven 3 days later. No doubt, the pies were to blame.
