Tis my birthday today! And to start I opened presses and cards in bed. Then whipped up a little breakie before heading to the train with hubby. Using the 1/2 price deal on off peak tickets we went to Edinburgh for the day for half price.

Once there we enjoyed a coffee at Valvona & Crolla (bought one and then handed the full loyalty card over for a free coffee)! After some mooching around we had this platter in the Hard Rock Cafe using our credit on the All Access card shown. Free lunch!

After a little look at the shops we headed to the cinema, using the Orange Wednesday deal and paying for the other ticket using a £10 gift card hubby had been given when leaving his job last summer. There was also money left on the card for a BIG ice cream.

A nice we drink after the pictures was had in a cool pub. Hubby had a pint of "Wee Beastie"! It was nice (he told me)! Then home on the train for a Dominos delivery, beer and feet up in front of the telly.
