New Year Campout

Nearly set for our 2nd annual New Year Campout on the Oregon coast at Beverly Beach north of Newport.

The weather on the coast is forecast to be cold, but the sun will shine!

We have a plan to go up to Depoe Bay for a bit of whale watching, but the day we do that is not planned as yet. 

In fact, our only plan is to arrive at Beverly Beach around 2pm tomorrow. 

The rest of the week is painted with a six inch brush to include: whale watching, visiting a photography buddy who lives in Depoe Bay, fossil hunting, agate hunting, photography adventures, short hikes, long naps, reading, board games, eating excellent food, and generally making merry. 

Heck we even have a bottle of sparking grape juice for when the ball drops in New York City (we usually conk out early) . 

We are quite the wild and rowdy folks when camping on New Year’s Eve!
