It is very, very cold this morning.

Another frosty morning but it is also freezing out there.  I almost suffered hypothermia taking this photo although I have to confess I did stand there without shoes, in my nightie, so I most probably deserved it.
I am dreading taking the dogs for their walk this morning but I am sure I will feel better for it when I wrap up properly.
