On the beach

Popped to the doctor this morning to ask when I can go back to the gym - it's a month since the gallbladder was taken out and I'm getting fat fat fat! Turns out its going to be at least another month as despite the keyholes and my speedy return to work, it counts as 'major abdominal surgery'.

Boo! Am I supposed to eat less cheese, then?

Oh well, popped down to Portobello afterwards with EdiSteve - here he is starring in my panorama - and enjoyed a bracing walk. Hope everyone is having a good day.
