Navigating The Country Lanes of Hampshire

This way marker is on one of the junctions of my regular walks around the village.  I love the way it is designed - its stripey post, the circle at the top to let you where you are (both village and county) and the jagged tops of the arrows.

After lunch Andy and I went down to see his mum and then I dropped him at the train station for his return trip back to Peebles.  The house seemed very quiet when I got home so I got busy in the kitchen and made some chicken soup with the left overs from Christmas Day lunch.
