Christmas Cake

My daughter made this beautiful cake. We haven't tasted it yet but looking forward to it for our tea time treats and gradually getting back to our usual regime. We had a lovely walk this morning - frosty and crisp. We're lucky enough to live fairly near to the River Goit. Back in time for a very civilised sherry then broccoli and Stilton soup.
