In and out the fog

The boys were at indoor cricket this morning so Mother Flump and I took the rare chance to go for a run together. There was a heavy frost and the fog had rolled in but with hints of blue sky. We left the fog soon after the road and emerged into the sunshine. As we got near the top of Carnethy there was mist blowing over Scaldlaw, which is the blip. It caught us up on the top but blew past quickly. An amazing hour or so in the hills. Apparently cricket was good to.

This afternoon our friends from Devon arrived with their two boys. Much over excitedness. The evening has been spent catching up over qlass of wine or two.
