Trying to stop me eating my syns!

This is Buddy trying to eat my bag of crisps, bless him. 
Before work this morning I went out for a quick bike ride.  I did 2.8 miles, just loving my bike. It was quite icy and cold but gave me a buzz. 
Then at lunch time I need to go to the post office. Rather than jump in the car, I had a 
brisk walk there and back. 
Tonight I have been moving furniture 
around, I have not got it right yet. But got another plan to try.  
Work was not too bad today. Wish I was off!
