Bad Hersfeld - Abbey Church Ruin

Today I made a trip first to Homberg to meet a friend and then we continued to Bad Hersfeld which is quite popular for its festivals.
I've never attended any performances but my friend did and she showed me the place where it all happens. It definitely has the right feel to it. Maybe next year...
So what we did in Bad Hersfeld was extreme shopping. Hitting the sales. And we were successful. :-) But after about 4,5 hours we were quite happy to call it a day and drove home with our new treasures.
