Awana Award Night

Tonight was the award night for the Awana group. I am the Secretary for the Cubbies, the 3 and 4 year olds. I keep track of club attendance, church attendance, memory work and each patch for their vest and sticker for their book that they have earned. Our Great Grandson, Matthew, finished his second year with Cubbies and had all of his patches and awards on his vest. This was a proud Grandma. He's excited to be a "Sparks" next year. Between all the Cubbies they learned 97 scriptures. They hear a Bible story each meeting, learn songs and in general, have a wonderful time. A new little guy that will be a Cubby next year came up to me and said "Hi Grandma". He's very anxious for the new year.
