Santa visit

Four days before Christmas we finally took the babies to see the big man in red. We'd heard about a small local garden centre that had a grotto so got up early to get there as it opened. After 2 failed attempts at other places we were not missing this one.
The grotto was absolutely beautiful lots to see and with that hint of Christmas magic. The kiddies loved it.
We had to knock on the door when it was our turn and the big man called us in.
He was an absolutely lovely father Christmas. Funny but asked the kiddies lots of questions and wrote down lots of details about them.
Did make me and mark laugh though, his final comment to the kids was 'dont forget that I'm still watching until Christmas day so be good, and mummy and daddy I'll be watching you as well.... Well not all the time!'
