Just when you thought it was safe ...

To take a shower, this chap shows up. I've been pestering Diana to clean the bathroom for a while now, telling her that all sorts of things could be growing in the grout between the tiles. This isn't quite what I had in mind - amazing what happens when you are away from the house for a week.

In other news. I'm back at the gym aiming to eliminate the Xmas poundage - the unwanted Xmas present. Heard from Luke this morning. He is in Shanghai waiting for his final flight to Gulin. Wish the same could be said about his luggage, which is currently languishing in Paris. Clearly my plan to do little today to avoid a 3rd travel related incident in a row failed. It was Luke that destiny/fate was after, and not me. Hopefully he and his luggage will be reunited shortly, and better that this happened on the return journey than the other way around as he at least has clothes at home in China that fit him. We could have offered him nothing and a naked Luke at the Xmas dinner table is not a pleasant thought.
