Baking...

I bought some sausage meat yesterday so that I could do some baking. (sausage rolls!) This is a really big step for me in my recovery from the illness that has plagued me for most of the year. I haven't felt much like cooking let alone baking. I have also made some mince pies with some home made mincemeat that was given to us a couple of years ago. We will savour each and every little sausage roll and mince pie.
