Wild Weather up in the Mountains

It was evident that the weather was going to get worse during the course of the day, you could see the spindrift blowing off the ridges and catching in the sunlight.

I borrowed a friend's big lens to take pictures of birds in the garden today, you can see some little finches and tits here if you like.

Tonight we have the 9 people with whom we went to Norway, coming to dinner and tomorrow we leave for Turkey in the afternoon, so commenting is going to be sparse for a while.
